You’ll be working in a model where over 60% of work is retained, meaning stronger client commitment, higher-quality delivery, and more predictable earnings.
The Role
This is a 360 recruitment consultant position, focused on:
* Winning and delivering retained search assignments
* Building long-term advisory relationships with clients
* Operating at senior leadership level across international markets
* Working closely with an established research function to deliver high-quality shortlists
* Developing deep market expertise and becoming a true specialist
This is not a “fill jobs quickly” environment. It’s about network, knowledge and credibility.
