As a Cleaning Team Leader with ISS UK, you will play a key role in delivering a world-class housekeeping service, ensuring the highest standards of quality and consistency for our customers and colleagues.
The Role
1. Plan, organise, and coordinate cleaning operations to meet financial and performance targets
2. Lead by example with a passion for customer service and strong, inspiring leadership
3. Set and maintain high standards for yourself and your team
4. Create and manage cleaning schedules for your team
5. Deliver an exceptional level of cleaning service within your area of responsibility
6. Carry out general cleaning duties, including offices, meeting rooms, toilets, showers, vacuuming, and mopping
7. Use all cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and correctly
8. Maintain a safe working environment in line with Health & Safety regulations and company standards
About You
9. Excellent customer service skills
10. Reliable, hardworking, and professional in approach
11. A team player who works well with colleagues and customers
12. Able to communicate politely and effectively with all site users
13. Strong attention to detail, maintaining exceptional cleaning standards
14. Relevant experience in cleaning and supervising cleaning operations
15. Must hold full UK driving licence
