You’ll work exclusively in the B2B space for fast growth & Enterprise Tech & tech adjacent brands including AI, Machine Learning, Cyber Security and Software companies.
Summary of the role
This is a very exciting role in a fast-growth agency, where the combination of culture-first thinking and high performance go hand-in-hand. As one of two Senior Account Managers, your influence across not just the Client Services team but the wider business will be significant. You’ll work closely with our Client, Strategy and Creative Director’s, inputting ideas and collaborating on the right GTM and delivery solutions for your clients. You will lead accounts and oversee the development and delivery of bespoke and comprehensive ABM programmes (1:1, 1:few, DBM) and develop, deepen and expand relationships with key senior decision makers across our clients business.

Responsibilities:
·Lead client accounts, fostering strong relationships leading to exceptional NPS, and ensuring campaign objectives are met.
·Work alongside Strategy, Studio, and key delivery partners, to define, orchestrate and deliver the integrated GTM activities that deliver strong ROI for our clients.
·Hero the use of AI, both within the team and as an integrated part of our client pitches and GTM execution.
·Manage campaign budgets and financial processes, ensuring profitability and growth.
·Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence.
·Identify and capitalise on new business opportunities, driving revenue growth.
·Contribute to new business pitches through research ideation and proposal development.
·Lead workshops, present campaign plans, progress and evaluations to clients showcasing our unique approach and results.
Skills & Experience:
·Minimum of 4 years’ hands on Client Services experience in a B2B agency
·Tech sector & ABM experience an advantage.
·Strong knowledge of integrated B2B marketing with experience across disciplines (e.g. ABM, digital, content).
·Experience leading and developing teams to achieve optimal results.
·Effective project management skills, across multiple accounts for large programmes of work.
·Demonstrable experience in growing accounts & selling ideas into a client.
·Commercially astute.
·Strong communication, relationship development and presentation skills.
Qualification and Educational requirements
·Educated to degree level or equivalent experience – we’re looking for sharp thinking and intellectual curiosity, not necessarily marks on a page.

Your package

·£45-50K salary, depending on experience.
