About the Role
We are looking for caring, dependable, and compassionate Support Workers to join our team within a residential care home setting, providing high-quality care and support to residents in a safe, respectful, and person-centred environment.
This rewarding role involves helping residents maintain dignity, comfort, and independence while supporting their physical, emotional, and social wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide person-centred care and support to residents in line with individual care plans
2. Assist with personal care, mobility, nutrition, hydration, and daily living activities
3. Promote residents dignity, choice, privacy, and independence at all times
4. Support residents with emotional wellbeing and social engagement
5. Assist with activities and encourage participation in meaningful routines
6. Monitor wellbeing and report any concerns to senior staff
7. Maintain accurate daily records and care documentation
