Ability to work independently and manage time effectively across multiple sites. Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A, Network, Microsoft, or ITIL are desirable. Driving licence preferred. Responsibilities: Provide on-site and remote technical support to staff and students, addressing hardware, software, and network-related issues. Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment, including desktops, laptops, printers, projectors, and interactive displays. Support the deployment and updating of software across school devices and systems. Perform routine maintenance of servers, networks, and backup systems to ensure consistent availability and performance. Monitor IT systems for faults or performance issues, proactively resolving problems to minimise downtime. Assist with the setup and maintenance of user accounts, permissions, and security settings in line with school policies. Ensure compliance with data protection and security protocols, reporting any issues or breaches appropriately. Document all IT procedures, issues, and resolutions clearly for use by the wider team. Collaborate with the AIT HQ team to support the implementation of technology initiatives at the local level.
