If so, Breens Estate Agents are looking for an experienced Head of Marketing & Digital Content to spearhead our marketing efforts. A highly diverse, field-based role, this is the chance to become an integral part of our growth plans and build a new in-house department. We're looking for somebody with a strong portfolio, and ideas to share to help solidify and grow our brand's presence across the areas that we operate in.
Key Responsibilities:
* Carefully photographing and capturing video content at properties being brought to the market, with a focus on creating captivating, design-led content.
* Drawing up clear, accurate floorplans.
* Assessing and lodging Energy Performance Certificates (the ideal candidate would already be accredited in this, however we are open to funding the training for the right candidate).
* Creating other photo & video content for our website and social media channels- whether this be content that introduces our team, or captures the day-to-day events and operations of our business.
* Devising and designing general marketing materials, including leaflet campaigns, brochures etc.
* Working with our teams in branch to build strong relationships with local businesses and the community, attending events and creating content.
* Working with our management team to devise a clear, actionable strategy for the company's marketing across all of our channels.
* Assisting with the management of our social media platforms- Instagram, Facebook, and Linkedin.
What We're Looking For:
* At least 3 years' experience in a similar role, with a portfolio of work that can be shared as part of your application.
* Ideally a candidate that has access to their own equipment to start off with, but also the expertise to build out a toolkit (cameras, drones, software etc.)
* Expertise in Photoshop/Premiere or similar editing software to produce eye-catching, appealing images and videography.
* Adept with managing social media presence for a growing business, ideally within the property sector.
* Adept with working to brand guidelines and tone, ensuring that all marketing materials are consistent and on-brand.
* Someone that is able to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, being based between the office and on location at properties etc.
* Someone that is able to carefully manage a busy diary, managing time between various meetings and appointments.
* (ESSENTIAL)
A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle, as the ability to travel independently across our branches and properties is essential.
