Role Details
* Team Coordination: Assisting the Site Manager in organizing the daily tasks of the wider premises and cleaning teams.
* Technical Maintenance: Overseeing the more complex aspects of site maintenance, including the supervision of boiler house operations and electrical testing.
* Audit Preparation: Ensuring all premises-related documentation is up to date and ready for health and safety or local authority audits.
* Asset Management: Responsibility for the maintenance of school machinery, tools, and site vehicles.
