Job Title: Mechanic
Location: Lexus, Croydon
Salary: Up to £45,000 basic (depending on experience and brand accreditations) + uncapped OTE of £20,000+
Hours: Monday to Friday 8.00 to 17.00, 1 in 3 Saturdays 8.00 to 13.00. (Saturdays paid at 1.5 hours overtime)

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Mechanic to join our thriving Lexus Croydon Dealership. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct fault finding and diagnosis using advanced diagnostic tools.
Complete major and minor vehicle repairs with precision and efficiency.
Handle routine maintenance, including light and full-service work.
Order relevant parts and ensure repair and maintenance meet the highest standards.
Collaborate with other departments, such as Service and Parts, keeping all stakeholders informed.
Meet or exceed efficiency and productivity targets.
Carry out road tests and communicate findings with customers.
What You’ll Need:
A mechanic with a valid MOT licence would be helpful but not essential.
Proven experience working to efficiency and productivity targets.
A meticulous approach to work, ensuring no repeat visits for customers.
A passion for the automotive industry and a desire to learn and grow, including hybrid vehicle knowledge.
