We’re looking for a Campaigns and Communications Specialist to join our Marketing & Client Development team on a full-time, permanent basis in either our Bristol or Exeter office. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering engaging internal communications and supporting high-impact campaigns across the firm. You’ll be working closely with the Campaigns and Content Manager, as well as stakeholders across the business, to bring messaging to life and ensure communications are clear, consistent and aligned to our strategic priorities.
In this role, you’ll take the lead on internal communications activity, including firmwide updates, campaigns and key business messaging, helping to drive engagement and alignment across the organisation. You’ll coordinate external campaign delivery from brief through to execution, managing timelines, content development and stakeholder input to ensure activity is delivered effectively. Alongside this, you’ll write and develop high-quality content across a variety of formats, from internal updates and articles to case studies and press materials, ensuring everything is audience-focused and in line with our tone of voice.
You’ll also take ownership of internal communications channels, support external campaign activity, contribute to PR and thought leadership initiatives, and use insight and feedback to continuously improve engagement and effectiveness. It’s a varied role offering plenty of scope to shape communications and make a real impact.
Who you are
We’re looking for someone with experience in a communications role, ideally within a professional services environment, who can confidently manage a mix of internal communications and external campaign delivery. You’ll be a strong writer with excellent editorial skills, able to adapt messaging for different audiences and produce clear, engaging content.
You’ll be highly organised and comfortable managing multiple projects, with the ability to coordinate stakeholders and keep activity on track. Experience supporting or advising senior stakeholders is important, particularly in a change or engagement context. You’ll also have a good understanding of communications channels and best practice, using insight to continuously improve delivery.
