Responsibilities: We lead the end-to-end delivery of engineering platforms, owning the full software development lifecycle from design through to run. We design and implement new features and enhancements using a data-led, experimentation-focused approach. We shape current and future architecture across multiple engineering disciplines, with strong integration of Salesforce capabilities. We lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of engineering managers and senior engineers. We set clear technical direction, participate in design reviews, and build a culture of collaboration, innovation, and customer focus. We continuously improve deployment, monitoring, alerting, and incident management practices. We track and optimise performance using meaningful engineering metrics. We partner closely with stakeholders and product peers to define platform and Salesforce strategy, manage communications, and align roadmaps, priorities, and delivery outcomes. We apply strong commercial and customer focus to solve real customer pain points and deliver measurable impact. We support engineering delivery across operational, production, construction, and maintenance environments.
