Are you a dynamic commercial strategist with a passion for driving business growth? We seek an experienced Commercial Leader to join our team in the UK. This is an exciting opportunity for a visionary individual to play a pivotal role in enhancing our market presence and driving superior sales outcomes across various channels.
Your role:
* UKI Strategy Development:Formulate and implement localized shopper activation and sales plans to maximize performance across all channels.
* Performance Management: Ensure delivery against key financial, consumer, and customer performance indicators
* Channel Strategy Execution:Define and implement the channel strategy and customer choices, aligning with the overall regional commercial strategy. Maximize our portfolio and execute effective channelization and promotion strategies.
* Joint Business Planning:Develop and execute strong Joint Business Plans with top customers, ensuring mutual growth and success.
* Consumer and Shopper Activation:Lead the execution of consumer and shopper activation programs tailored to the unique Sources of Business in the UKI
* Collaborative Engagement:Secure strong collaboration end-to-end between region, country and customers to create impactful consumer experiences.
* Leadership and Development:Demonstrate excellence in organizational leadership and people development, driving employee engagement and fostering a high-performance culture.
* Execution Bias: Drive excellence in sales fundamentals to maximize Philips brand presence..
You're the right fit if:
* 10+ years of industry experience and a university degree;
* Mastery level of commercial, customer-facing, or negotiation experiences (e.g., joint business planning, annual negotiations);
* Advanced experience in developing local UK&I marketing strategies to drive consumer engagement and maximize media presence (i.e., developing marketing plans including demand generation/media / digital / PR, etc.);
* Proficient experience in portfolio management (range and portfolio build-up, pricing & channelization);
* Advanced experience in dealing with business acumen (e.g. P&L management);
* Mastery level of understanding commercial landscape, retail dynamics and strategic account planning;
* Advanced leadership with an enterprise mindset to guide others on areas of focus in end-to-end organization;
* Mastery of the ability to inspire and lead teams, develop talent, and nurture an inspiring culture;
* Have a Quality First mindset;
* Have excellent verbal and written communication skills and fluency in English;
