Interim Reward /ps and Bens specialist required for a 6 month interim role based in Brighton (Hybrid)
Your new role
1. Lead on all elements of reward, benefits andpensation and implement and manage the organisation's reward strategy.
2. Design,implement and embed a three year reward strategy for the business.
3. Ensure that effective systems and controls are implemented, embedded, operating effectively and periodically reviewed and enhanced.
4. Oversee and develop where necessary total reward including all benefits and recognition programmes.
5. Conduct market research to ensure ourpensation structures remainpetitive, align rewards with performance, and develop policies thatply with regulations.
6. Work with colleagues in the HR team to analyse employee satisfaction with reference to reward.
7. Make adjustments to the reward offering as required based on research conducted
8. Ensurepliance with regulatory requirements and delivery of management information to relevantmittees.
9. Lead, coach and develop direct reports.
What you'll need to succeed
10. Extensive experience of leading the reward agenda ideally in a public sector environment.
11. Extensive experience of stakeholder management at the highest level as well as more generally across the organisation.
12. Demonstrable experience of establishing a holistic reward package that helped drive the right behaviours and performance within the organisation.
13. A thought leader in the rewardmunity, up to date with the latest innovations in the reward space and able to turn these to the advantage of the organisation, applying insights from other sectors and businesses to influence, shape and drive remuneration strategy.
