The Role
Reporting to the Estimating Director, you will be responsible for preparing tenders, managing up to three tenders simultaneously. Recognising and understanding logistics, buildability issues, and identifying value-engineering opportunities are critical in this role.
Key duties include:
* Assessing tender enquiries and supply chain opportunities
* Preparing and issuing subcontract and supplier enquiries
* Evaluating subcontractor quotations
* Calculating net tender costs
* Pricing contract preliminaries
* Preparing Contractor's Proposals and Tender Deliverables
* Ensuring timely submission of tenders
