💼 Role: Performance and Data Officer
📍 Location: Sandwell - hyrbid available after successful probation (with some travel across the Black Country & Birmingham)
🕒 Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm
💰 Salary: £26,801 - £32,033 (depending on experience & qualifications)
🚗 Driving licence desirable

✨ What You'll Be Doing:
You'll play a key role in helping our organisation understand and share the impact of our work! From crunching data 📈 to building dashboards 🧮, you'll be the go-to person for transforming performance info into powerful stories.
You'll work across teams, diving into tools like Power BI, Excel, Halo, and Donorfy - creating reports, shaping data collection, and supporting service improvements that empower change 💬❤️
