We are looking for a Business Advisory Assistant Senior to join our Outsourced Finance and Digital Advisory Services team.

Location: Glasgow or Stirling
Responsibilities
* Complete initial review of work delegated to assistants and support on queries.
* Supporting business transformation and digital advisory scopes of work.
* Provide general support to clients with outsourcing tasks as required.
* Finalize preparation of month‑end reporting, including forecasting, for manager review.
* Day-to-day client management for the portfolio of work you are responsible for (likely 5‑10 clients).
* Attend client meetings when appropriate to develop and strengthen client relations and gain exposure to client interactions.
* Coordinate accounts, audit and compliance work and support queries as necessary.
* Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of the services offered by the department and the wider firm and identify areas where the firm could assist clients.
* Suggest improvements to job efficiencies to drive continuous improvements within each client engagement.
* Assist with ad‑hoc project work on differing Outsourced Finance clients.
About You
* A leader of your work and your professional learning.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to positively impact and influence others.
* ICAS/ACCA/CIMA Qualified or Part Qualified.
* Excellent organisational skills.
* Problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
* Relevant experience within an account setting or finance function.
* Experience in using software within an account setting or finance function.
* Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and relevant software packages.
* Ability to adapt to change and embrace technology.
* Ability to work on own initiative and prioritize workload within tight deadlines.
