Who we are looking for A Senior Creative Designer, who will be responsible for providing art direction to designers and support in day-to-day deliverables. You will help lead a team of designers in the creative delivery of our brand communications across multiple platforms, including major international campaigns. As well as mentoring junior designers, fostering their growth and development. The role requires innovative thinking to push creative boundaries, alongside strategic planning to align design with business objectives and creative ideation to generate impactful campaigns. A deep passion for layout, typography and artwork is essential. You will have the versatility to create design solutions across diverse platforms, whilst adhering to brand standards and maintaining consistency. Strong communication skills are essential for collaborating with stakeholders and presenting design concepts effectively. This role is eligible for inclusion in the Company’s hybrid working from home policy. Preferred Skills, Qualifications and Experience • Degree in Design or similar discipline, or equivalent relevant experience with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant skills is essential. • 3D knowledge is beneficial. • Expert working knowledge of the Adobe Suite and Sketch is advantageous. • Excellent communication skills and the ability to present creative feedback effectively. • Demonstrable ability to lead, motivate, organise, train and develop individuals in a team environment. • Experience of working with design principles, such as layout, typography, imagery and branding. • Excellent attention to detail, while working quickly and accurately to tight deadlines. • Ability to interpret a brief and be flexible to changes at short notice. • Effectively communicate with stakeholders and manage their expectations. Main Responsibilities • Providing relevant and constructive art direction to designers. • Having the ability to think creatively and developing engaging designs to support Sports and Gaming promotional material, whilst maintaining brand consistency. • Liaising with stakeholders to finalise design requirements and meet deadlines. • Overseeing the training and development of new and existing staff. • Organising and leading design and department meetings. • Identifying ways to improve accuracy, consistency and efficiency.
