You’ll be paid a salary of up to £52,780 per annum. What you’ll do on a typical day:
Lead the development and implementation of training plans that support operational excellence and colleague growth
* Create cross-training programmes to build flexibility and future-proof our workforce
* Audit and refresh training content to ensure compliance and consistency
* Design a management training suite to support junior and middle managers, helping reduce attrition and boost engagement
* Support the development of the on-site training team to deliver engaging, workshop-style sessions
What you need to succeed at GXO:
Experience within a similar L&D role of design, delivery and evaluation, with an understanding of workplace learning principles
* Excellent communication skills and confidence in delivering training at all levels
* Skilled in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with experience managing large datasets
* Experience in designing long-term, multi-layered training plans with clear roadmaps
* CIPD Level 5 qualification (or equivalent)
