We are recruiting for a Store Manager to join a leading fashion retail brand in Exeter. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Store Manager or a strong Assistant Manager ready to step into full store responsibility within a busy retail environment.
As Store Manager, you will lead from the front, drive sales performance, develop your team, and deliver an outstanding customer experience in a fast paced fashion retail setting.

Store Manager Responsibilities
* Drive sales, KPIs and overall retail performance
* Lead, coach and develop a high performing retail team
* Deliver exceptional customer service standards across the store
* Manage payroll, stock control and store operations
* Use commercial reports to react to trade and maximise opportunities
* Maintain strong visual merchandising and brand standards

What we are looking for
* Previous experience as a Store Manager, Retail Manager or Assistant Manager within fashion retail
* A strong track record of delivering results in a retail environment
* Passionate about people leadership and customer experience
* Commercially aware with strong organisational skills
* Hands on leadership style with the ability to thrive in fast paced retail
