When you first join Eden Futures, you will be paid for completing a comprehensive Induction Programme involving face-to-face training, e-learning, and shadowing experienced members of your team. For those new to care, we will make sure that you are given the support to complete your Care Certificate and gain a nationally recognized Level 2 qualification in Health and Social Care or relevant to your role, partnering with our provider company Paragon Skills.
*Roles are paid at an hourly rate of £12.21 per hour, approximately £26,720 annually based on a 42-hour working week. The salary shown is an annual equivalent for illustrative purposes only.
We are flexible regarding full or part-time hour contracts and will also consider candidates seeking Bank roles. Shifts can vary across days, nights, and weekends, offering flexibility to work around existing commitments.

Main Responsibilities
* Support service users to lead a full and active life, respecting their wishes and individual support plans
* Support individuals to stay safe, safeguarding their welfare and protecting from abuse
* Provide emotional support with a person-centred approach
* Assist with social activities, manage finances and medication, support with practical tasks, personal care, hygiene, and healthcare
* Act as an informal contact for the service users' support network
* Report and record issues related to care and support to monitor wellbeing
* Comply with health and safety regulations and promote safety and welfare
* Maintain professional relationships and boundaries
* Follow organisational policies and procedures
* Demonstrate organisational values and behaviours
