x1F50D; The Role
As an SEN TA, you will:

Offer one:to:one and small group support to children with various needs, such as ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and speech and language difficulties.

Help carry out Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
*
Work with the class teacher and SENCO to provide personalised learning.
*
Encourage students to develop confidence, social skills, and emotional control.
*
Foster a positive, inclusive, and safe learning space.
x2705; Requirements
*
Experience with children with SEN (either in a school or care environment).
*
A patient, nurturing, and flexible attitude.
*
Strong communication and behaviour management skills.
*
A valid Enhanced DBS on the update service (or the willingness for one).
*
Relevant qualifications (e.g., CACHE, Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant) are a plus.
