Student Funding Co-ordinator
Are you experienced in student funding, data quality or student records and ready to play a key role in a major national reform? We are recruiting a Student Funding Co-ordinator to support the delivery of an excellent student funding service as Leeds Beckett University prepares for the Lifelong Learning Entitlement (LLE).
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate the return of student funding data to the Student Loans Company, supporting timely and accurate payment of tuition fees.
* Oversee funding processes for SLC funded students, including reconciliations and adherence to University and SLC policies.
* Provide specialist advice on student funding, registration and attendance confirmation, and SLC course data.
* Support the development and continuous improvement of systems, guidance and processes, including training and communications for colleagues.
* Help coordinate the work of Registry Administrators supporting student funding activity, ensuring workloads and deadlines are effectively managed.
Qualifications and Experience
You will bring strong experience of student funding administration or student records management within a higher education environment, alongside a clear understanding of tuition fee regulations. You will be highly organised, comfortable working to deadlines, and committed to providing excellent customer service to a diverse range of students and stakeholders.
