Job Description: Plant Manager - Skelmersdale (m/f/*) The Impact You'll Make in this Role As the Plant Manager for the Skelmersdale Manufacturing Plant, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Ensure appropriate performance through Responsiveness, Delivery, Quality, Product and Process understanding, Cost and Capacity management. Define and deploy appropriate tactics to build a high-performance workforce, to execute capital and technology implementation, and for employee and leadership development. Own and execute the plant tier management system for effective execution and Plant Improvement. Adopt standard work for own role and champion for all employees for consistent execution and sustainable improvements.
