Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Construction Site Manager located in Raglan. The Construction Site Manager will oversee daily operations at the construction site, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with project specifications and timelines. Responsibilities include coordinating teams, managing resources, planning project schedules, monitoring project progress and ensuring compliance with regulations and safety standards. Collaboration with contractors, architects, and others within the project team essential.
Qualifications
* Expertise in Site Management and Construction Site Management
* Proficiency in Planning, including scheduling and resource allocation
* Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills
* Proven ability to ensure compliance with safety regulations and safe building practices and legislation
* Excellent communication and teamwork abilities for collaboration across diverse stakeholders
* Relevant certifications in construction management or site supervision a necessity
* Degree or certification in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field a bonus
