Responsibilities:
1. Test and validate program modules of increasing complexity to meet specifications and standards.
2. Conduct thorough testing of web-based and mobile applications.
3. Identify, document, and prioritize defects; collaborate with developers to resolve issues promptly.
4. Validate documentation for accuracy and completeness.
5. Validate software releases of basic complexity prior to distribution.
6. Execute automated test scripts and evaluate results.
7. Create and maintain test plans and cases for testing assignments.
8. Assist in developing standards and procedures.
9. Review and edit test case scripts; write queries as needed.
10. Document and execute various testing approaches to ensure coverage.
11. Identify and suggest improvements for QA procedures, methods, and tools.
12. Assist in designing requirements for new products.
13. Provide analysis and support for development and support teams.
14. Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.
15. Organize work independently and make sound decisions.
16. Manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
17. Apply technical skills to complex test scenarios involving web, mobile, and database systems.
18. Relate technical capabilities to real-world problem resolution; demonstrate in-depth understanding of software modules.
19. Manage time, tasks, and priorities efficiently.
20. Maintain a positive team attitude.
21. Contribute to defining and refining QA standards and procedures.
22. Show strong work ethic and focus on quality and process improvement.
23. Stay updated on the latest trends in software development and QA.
24. Work directly with customers to diagnose urgent issues.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, MIS, Business, or equivalent work experience.
2. 3+ years of experience in QA, testing, or related roles.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
4. Knowledge of QA methodologies and practices preferred.
5. Familiarity with coding and scripting required.
6. Experience with Jira and Zephyr is a plus.
7. Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean) required.
8. Solid understanding of relational databases, SQL, and query writing.
9. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
10. Familiarity with the full software development lifecycle preferred.
11. Keen attention to detail.
12. Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills.
13. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
14. Ability to work independently and in teams.
15. Effective management of test environments and data.
16. Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
17. Occasional travel may be required.

Salary Range Disclosure
Salary typically ranges from $51,035 to $67,151, before geographic adjustments. Recruiter can confirm if the position is incentive eligible.
