We have immediate opportunities available for either MRICS or FRICS chartered surveyors nationwide. These are long-term, freelance/self-employed roles with exceptional earning potential.
Our client has developed an easy-to-use, question-based, iOS on-site software that is fully court compliant. This tool enables concise information capture during visits, eliminating the need for longhand reports and Scott Schedules typed later.
These roles are ideal for surveyors looking to expand their experience in building pathology and expert witness work. The current portfolio mainly covers housing disrepair, but also includes large loss surveying and related disciplines.
