The Role
The Head of Computing will:
* Provide strategic leadership and management for the entire Computing department.
* Oversee curriculum design, assessment, and the quality of teaching and learning across KS3-5.
* Lead, motivate, and develop a team of skilled Computing teachers.
* Manage departmental resources and budget effectively.
* Promote extracurricular computing activities, robotics, and digital literacy across the school.
The Ideal Candidate
We are seeking an exceptional Computing teacher with QTS/QTLS and proven leadership experience who:
