Invoicing Assistant

* Salary: £29,000 - £32,000
A well-established organisation is seeking an Invoicing Assistant to join their finance team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, ensuring accuracy, and supporting the smooth running of invoicing and customer accounts.
Duties
* Processing invoices accurately and maintaining up-to-date records across internal systems.
* Monitoring account changes and ensuring adjustments are applied correctly.
* Investigating and resolving invoice or payment queries from internal teams and external stakeholders.
* Maintaining data integrity across multiple financial systems and supporting reporting requirements.
* Supporting month-end activities and contributing to continuous improvements in processes.
Requirements
* Experience within invoicing, Accounts Payable/Receivable, or a similar finance administration role.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy when working with large volumes of data.
* Confident communicator with the ability to explain information clearly.
* Good IT skills including Excel and the ability to work across different systems.
