Are you an experienced Customer Service Advisor currently seeking temporary work starting as soon as possible? Your duties as Customer Service Advisor will include:
1. Making outbound customer service calls
2. Following up previous enquiries that have come in from potential customers checking if they still wish to progress with their initial enquiry
3. Adhering to all relevant legislation, industry regulations and Company policies and procedures
You will have:
4. Previous experience working in a Customer Service role
5. Professional and confident telephone manner
6. Experience of working in a fast paced, vibrant and at times, pressured environment
In addition, you will be a driven, self-motivated, respectful, caring, compassionate, patient, approachable and friendly team player with a strong work ethic and desire to provide an outstanding customer experience.

This role is initially temporary starting as soon as possible for approximately 6 weeks, and the hours of work are on a shift rota including weekends.
