Read on for more details… Responsibilities: * Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to develop and deliver end-to-end features across the stack * Lead technical design discussions and make architectural decisions for new features and systems * Analyse and optimize code for quality, efficiency, and performance, and provide feedback to peers during code reviews * Establish ownership of components, features, or systems with expert end-to-end understanding * Manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables * Collaborate effectively with distributed team members across multiple time zones, including offshore development teams * Build relationships and foster team cohesion across geographical and cultural boundaries. Experience required: * Expert Python/Django developer with full-stack capability (ReactJS, JavaScript, PHP) * Skilled in CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployment best practices * Solid experience with AWS cloud services and modern web infrastructure * Familiar with distributed systems (RabbitMQ, Celery) and caching (Redis) * Ability to mentor junior engineers and own end-to-end feature delivery This is a fantastic opportunity and salary is dependent upon experience.
