We have a fantastic opportunity for experienced Housing Support staff to work with a leading housing association in the Stoke On Trent area supporting clients experiencing homelessness, mental health, and substance misuse.
This is a temporary role, offering a competitive hourly rate of £12.92, and the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve.

Preferred Requirements Experience in delivering support to people with substance misuse, including negotiating and advocating on their behalf
Ability to motivate service users to engage in support and personal development activities, while maintaining appropriate boundaries
Skilled in working collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team to build effective partnerships with a wide range of agencies
Proficient in accurately recording work, day-to-day interventions, and residents' progress
Knowledgeable about the needs of people with complex needs, welfare benefits, and relevant support agencies
A understanding of safeguarding and measures to report concerns
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to plan and prioritize effectively
This role requires an Enhanced DBS check with barred list clearance (Adults).
