Role Overview
We are hiring a Financial Adviser to guide clients on investments, retirement, insurance, and broader financial planning. The role combines deep planning expertise with relationship building — earning client trust and growing the book.
Key Responsibilities
- Build comprehensive financial plans tailored to each client's goals
- Recommend investment, retirement, insurance, and tax-advantaged strategies
- Conduct regular portfolio reviews and rebalancing
- Build and maintain client relationships through proactive communication
- Develop new client relationships through referrals and outreach
- Maintain compliance with fiduciary, regulatory, and disclosure requirements
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Active Series 7 / Series 65 / Series 66 licenses (or equivalent)
- 3+ years in financial advisory or wealth management
- CFP, ChFC, or similar designation preferred
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication and client presence
- Track record of growing AUM and client relationships
