Job Summary: We are seeking an ambitious and enthusiastic Pre-Sales Solution Lead – Salesforce Commerce Cloud to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will already be doing a similar role - or may have contributed to pre-sales efforts whilst in a delivery-orientated role and will come with extensive expertise in Salesforce Commerce Cloud, demonstrate pre-sales and solution proposal leadership capabilities, and have a client centric and creative mindset to ensure proposed solutions are aligned to our client needs and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Owning the pre-sales solution delivery of the proposal for Commerce Cloud opportunities.
* Designing and presenting scalable and innovative Salesforce solutions, responding to client objectives and needs.
* Conducting product demonstrations, presentations and proof of concepts.
* Acting as an advisor to clients across Salesforce Commerce capabilities and industry trends
* Exceptional stakeholder management, ability to communicate with and engage stakeholders at all levels, to build trusted relationships
* You may be assigned to multiple opportunities in parallel, so working efficiently and managing your workload whilst balancing competing priorities is very important.
* Staying informed on the latest developments across Salesforce technologies, especially in Commerce Cloud, and competitor offerings
Required Qualifications:
Experience:
* Extensive experience (typically 5+ years) in pre-sales, solution architecture, or consulting within the Salesforce ecosystem
* Experience in Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) and detailed estimation approaches to shape and size requirements.
* Deep understanding of Salesforce products, specifically Commerce Cloud across B2B, B2C & D2C.

* Ability to bridge the gap between the technical and business solution, presenting the best perspective tailored to the relevant audience
* Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
* Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related experience.
* Previous experience in technology or SaaS sales.
* Salesforce Administrator certification, but additional certifications especially within Commerce Cloud are preferred.
* Experience with sales methodologies and CRM best practices.
* Background in consultative selling approaches.
