Project Management:
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities
- Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations
- Track deliverables, resolve bottlenecks, and ensure timely execution of initiatives.
- Facilitate collaboration across teams to drive accountability and successful outcomes.
Executive Support and Coordination:
- Provide high-level administrative and operational support to senior executives, including calendar management, communications, and meeting preparation.
- Draft reports, briefing materials, and correspondence for executive leadership.
- Organize and prepare agendas, presentations, and documentation for board and leadership meetings.
Serve as a trusted liaison between executives, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
