An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Locum Adults Social Worker to join a High Needs Team in Hull, supporting adults with Complex Mental Health needs and Learning Disabilities.
About the Role
You will work predominantly within the Court of Protection, delivering creative, person‑centred solutions that truly make a difference. The role focuses on designing and commissioning bespoke care packages, empowering people to live their lives in the way they choose.
The Team
You'll be based within a large, multi‑disciplinary service, offering strong peer support and shared expertise. The wider service includes:
Preparation for Adulthood Team
Specialist Social Workers - Mental Health
Learning Disabilities
Supported Living
Autism
Stroke Services
Key Responsibilities
Managing complex adults caseloads
Court of Protection work
Developing tailored care and support packages
Working collaboratively with health, housing, and care providers
Promoting independence, choice, and wellbeing
