Role & Responsibilities
Own & Grow Key Grocery Accounts
* Lead day-to-day management of major UK retailers, driving sales, distribution and visibility
* Build tailored strategies per customer to unlock sustainable growth
* Own full P&L responsibility, driving both top-line and profitability
* Execute JBPs, promotional plans and forecasting with precision
Build Powerful Buyer Relationships
* Develop strong, credible partnerships across multiple buyers and categories
* Influence with compelling category-led selling stories
Drive Category & Brand Strategy
* Use data and insight to outperform the category and identify new opportunities
* Manage a multi-category, multi-brand portfolio
* Spot and deliver distribution wins, new listings and category expansion
* Navigate different retailer strategies with agility and commercial creativity
