The role involves teaching Music across Key Stages 3 and 4, engaging students through a blend of practical and theoretical learning. There will also be opportunities to contribute to school performances, lead ensembles, and incorporate music technology into the curriculum. About the Role: Deliver dynamic and engaging Music lessons across KS3 and KS4, including GCSE Music Support students in developing instrumental proficiency, performance confidence, and a broad appreciation of music Incorporate music technology to enhance composition and production skills Lead and inspire extracurricular activities such as choir, band, or music production clubs Plan and coordinate concerts, assemblies, and whole-school performance events The ideal candidate will: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience teaching Music at the secondary level Confident in delivering both practical and theoretical music lessons Strong understanding of the GCSE Music curriculum and proficiency with music technology tools (e.g. GarageBand, Sibelius, Logic Pro) Skilled in at least one instrument and able to support students in preparing for performances Why Work with Supply Desk?
