As the Downstream Chemicals Service Delivery Coordinator - based at location in Fawley, Hampshire - you will be responsible for ensuring flawless execution and on time service delivery for our Oilfield & Industrial Chemicals customers within the UK operations team.This position will coordinate the required job activities across organizational boundaries.
As a Downstream Chemical Service Delivery Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
1. Management and development of customer relations, account profitability and all functional elements of account management
2. Reviewing work activities, job programs and design through collaboration with the sales team and understanding the client’s requirements
3. Suggesting improvements to technical programs, products, processes and procedures, as well as preparing and updating of technical documentation including formal internal and external report writing
4. Performingregular internal and external business reviews to ensure contractual performance is achieved and identify growth pathways within the account
5. Management and troubleshooting of chemical injection and monitoring programs to exceed contractual KPIs
6. Chemical inventory management, demand planning and replenishment within the specified account
7. Maintaining internal compliance and HSE standards to ensure a safe working environment
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
8. Have a STEM Bachelor's Certificate from an accredited university or college
9. Have demonstrable experience in an Engineering or Technology position - ideally with knowledge and working experience of refinerychemical applications and processes.
10. Demonstrate experience in desalting, overhead corrosion control and fouling control.
11. Demonstrate excellent communication skills and an ability to build trusting relationships with internal teams and customers
12. Show the ability to lead and coordinate several projects simultaneously
13. Have a proven track-record of growing a business and delivering profitable results
14. Hold a full UK/International driving license
