Procurement Manager Luxury Care Provider
Salary : 60000 - 70000 basic plus benefits

Key Responsibilities
* Lead procurement strategy across the group ensuring quality compliance and cost-effectiveness.
* Build and manage supplier relationships negotiate contracts and drive service excellence.
* Oversee procurement processes across multiple sites ensuring consistency and transparency.
* Collaborate with the development team to support supplier relationships on new home projects.
* Line manage a Procurement Officer providing guidance and development.
* Report directly to the Chief Financial Officer and work closely with senior leadership.
About You
* Proven experience in procurement management ideally within luxury care hospitality or other multi-site environments
* Strong supplier relationship management and negotiation skills.
* Commercially astute with the ability to balance cost quality and compliance.
* Excellent organisational and analytical abilities with a collaborative values-led approach.
* Comfortable working in a hybrid model with office presence three days pw
