Radleys Primary School Required from September 2025 Level 3 Learning Support Assistant – 32.5hrs per week (G5 SCP 9 £26409pa – 17 £30,060pa pro rata to hours worked) One year fixed term, in the first instance We are looking for an outstanding and innovative Learning Support Assistant who has a genuine desire for all children in their care to achieve. The successful candidate will join our team to ensure and support children to reach their full potential. Candidates should be dynamic and innovative practitioners and have significant experience of working with children in a primary educational setting. This post will, initially, be based in Key Stage 1, but our expectation is that you will be flexible and able to work across the entire primary age range. The role will include some 1:1 support.
