Working closely with the wider finance team, you’ll play a key role in maintaining financial controls, supporting reporting routines, and keeping core finance systems running smoothly.What you'll need to succeedTo succeed in this role, you’ll bring a practical and organised approach to finance operations, with experience or exposure to:
* Transaction processing for Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
* Bank transaction processing and supporting issue resolution
* Weekly and period-end reconciliations of key accounts
* Maintenance and administration of the Time & Materials (timesheet) system
* Monitoring transaction accuracy within finance and timesheet systems
* Processing and reconciliation of business pass-through charges
* Credit card expense reconciliation (e.g. Expensify or similar tools)
* Supporting month-end and quarter-end routines
* Assisting with internal and external audit requests
* Producing standard finance reports from multiple systems
* A willingness to support ad-hoc tasks and provide cover for team members during holidays or absence
