Fabulous opportunity for a full or a part time person to work for an independent insurance company based in St Albans. They are looking for a strong account handler /administrator with a corporate insurance background and a working knowledge of Acturis. The ideal candidate needs to be a self starter who can work independently and is good at just getting things done! A background in general commercial insurance (preferably someone who has worked on policies) is essential and someone who has experience of working on Acturis software. Responsibilities would include logging new opportunities on the system (and ensuring it is updated), processing paperwork and liaising with underwriters and clients. The ideal candidate needs to be happy working from home but also has the flexibility to attend meetings in the London and St Albans office once a month.
