The HLTA will work alongside a dedicated team to support children across the entire county throughout FP – KS2, so applicants from all areas of Swansea will be considered. You will be expected to plan, evaluate and adjust lessons/plans as appropriate to respond to the needs of the pupils and deliver exceptional learning experiences. You will assist in creating a vibrant classroom setting, including appropriate and stimulating learning resources, to enhance children’s learning.
