This involves organising advance cover for pre-planned absences and responding to unplanned sickness absence. The postholder will liaise with colleagues and supply agencies to minimise disruption to teaching and learning and to assist the smooth running of the daily lesson timetable. Alongside managing cover, you will support the school with a range of administrative tasks, contributing to the efficient operation of our busy office.
