This role combines complex cradle-to-grave liability adjusting with a genuine step into senior technical leadership.
Youll handle high-quality EL, PL and property damage claims across the South East, while also working on specialist exposures including product recall and entertainment liability work that sits well outside routine casualty portfolios.
Because instructions are delivered on an hourly-rate basis, youre trusted to investigate thoroughly, shape strategy and drive outcomes rather than manage claim volume.

Your role
Operating at Associate Director level, youll:
* Act as a technical referral point for the wider casualty team

* Influence investigation strategy and reporting standards
* Help shape the future direction of the liability practice
* This creates a practical pathway into broader leadership responsibility over time not just a larger personal caseload.
