PMLD Teacher We are recruiting a Qualified Teacher to join a Secondary PMLD school in Barking on a long term role basis. The role will be on a full-time basis from September 2025. The ideal teacher will be someone who can remain calm when challenging behaviours arise and someone who can build positive professional relationships with the students and someone who can support them with the challenges they face. Specifically, the school are looking for someone who has significant experience working in an SEND school and someone who is creative, fun and can plan and deliver engaging lessons that promote independence. You will need to demonstrate willingness to support children positively in all situations including their medical and sensory needs as well as challenging behaviours.
