Senior Paid Social Manager – TikTok (B2C Lead Generation)

The Opportunity

Lead TikTok end‑to‑end for B2C lead generation. You’ll scale spend aggressively and responsibly, build a creative testing programme, and translate performance into clear creative guidance for our in‑house team/agency. Your focus is strategy, scale, execution and insights.

Also known as: Senior TikTok Ads Specialist, TikTok Paid Media Manager, Paid Social Manager (TikTok).


Responsibilities

* Own TikTok strategy & execution to hit lead volume, CPL and payback targets on £1m+ monthly budgets.
* Turn data into creative direction: produce insight packs, hypotheses, and actionable briefs for the creative team (hooks, angles, claims, cut‑downs); no editing responsibilities.
* Run a structured testing programme: weekly sprints covering concepts → messaging → formats; maintain a learnings library and refresh cadence.
* Architect campaigns with disciplined optimisation: consolidated structures, bidding/pacing, broad/interest audiences, frequency and inventory controls.
* Improve lead quality: implement TikTok Pixel & Events API, advanced matching and offline conversions to optimise beyond raw form fills.
* withCRO on ad‑to‑landing‑page congruence and LP test grid;
* withCRM on lead capture fields, scoring and downstream feedback.
* Report & forecast weekly with clear test read‑outs, decisions and change‑log.


Qualifications

* 6+ years in paid media with 3+ years TikTok; hands‑on experience scaling £500k–£1m+ per month while meeting CPL/CAC targets.
* A repeatable creative testing methodology (taxonomy, cadence, win‑rate) and examples of insights that led to winning assets produced by a creative team.
* Practical tracking competence: Pixel, Events API, deduplication, advanced matching, offline conversions and naming/taxonomy discipline.
* Strong analytical judgement reading hook/hold, CTR and LP CVR into clear creative and structural actions.
* Excellent collaboration and communication skills; comfortable briefing in‑house creatives or agencies and mentoring an Executive as the team grows.


Nice to have

* GA4/Looker literacy; experience partnering with CRO & CRM teams on lead quality.


Not required

* video editing; e‑commerce or TikTok Shop experience.


What Success Looks Like (first 6 months)

* CPL/CAC at or below target; qualified lead rate trending up via CRM feedback loops.
* 10 new concepts directed weekly to the creative team, driven by your insights; playbook and refresh cadence in place.
* Documented SOPs, naming conventions and test register adopted by the wider team.
