Description
We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Associate - Maternity Cover (up to 12-month fixed-term contract) - Ideally commencing November 2025 to join our team specialising in Talent Acquisition for our EMEA Recruitment department.
This is a remote role, offering the flexibility to work from home. You'll live in the UK or Spain with minimal travel required (5%).
Working hours 37.5 per week. Office hours with flexibility if required.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
* Partner closely with hiring managers to align recruitment efforts with business needs and role expectations.
* Ensure internal job postings are visible and accessible across the organisation, promoting transparency and opportunity.
* Coordinate and facilitate internal interviews, ensuring timely feedback and a seamless candidate experience.
* Maintain precise and audit-ready records within the applicant tracking system to support compliance and reporting.
* Uphold internal hiring policies and champion diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout the recruitment process.
* Lead offer management and background checks, ensuring smooth transitions from candidate selection to onboarding.
* Collaborate with immigration teams to guarantee adherence to all relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
* Drive continuous improvement in talent acquisition processes, contributing to operational agility and strategic outcomes.

Qualifications
Education/ Experience:
* English language is essential. Spanish is desirable at business level.
* Proven experience in process-driven roles with agility in adapting to evolving systems and workflows.
* Strong team player with excellent stakeholder management skills and the resilience to thrive in collaborative environments.
* Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving within structured processes.
