Position: Customer Service Alarm Call Handler Location: Leicester (Office-based) Type: Temp to Perm Pay: £12.62 per hour Hours: 6 days on / 4 days off (40 hours per week) Shift Pattern: 2 Early: 7am - 3pm 2 Middle: 3pm - 11pm 2 Late: 11pm - 7am Includes bank holidays. Please note: this role requires working alone during shifts.About the Role: We're looking for a confident and dependable individual to join our dedicated team of Alarm Call Handlers. You'll play a vital role in ensuring client safety and maintaining operational standards in a calm, focused environment. As the first point of contact when an alarm is triggered, you'll follow client-specific procedures to assess and escalate situations as needed. You'll also proactively monitor alarm systems to ensure they're functioning correctly and pose no risk.
