Pegasus Group welcomes applications for our 2026 Graduate Training Scheme. We invite you to join our Urban Design team in our Liverpool office, where you will work on a variety of projects for diverse clients. This scheme offers valuable exposure and a supportive training environment.
What we are looking for
We are looking for candidates who hold an undergraduate or postgraduate degree in Urban Design, Urban Planning, Architecture or a related subject. We are seeking graduates who can demonstrate:
* A logical and analytical approach
* Great problem-solving and communication skills
* Ability to use initiative and to think creatively
Work experience in Urban Design or Architecture would be advantageous but is not essential as you will be learning on the job with support from our Graduate Training Scheme.
Role and responsibilities
As a Graduate Urban Designer, you will be working closely with the Design team in the delivery of design consultancy services on a variety of projects and schemes. You’ll have the opportunity to support conceptual urban design and planning work, feasibility studies, master planning, development briefs and design strategies for developers and private clients. You will gain valuable experience across a range of sectors and clients to support your development.
