As part of our internal sales team, you will work collaboratively with the National Account Leads and our Management team to deliver critical front-line support. You will provide exceptional customer service through positive working relationships, whilst also being the go-to support for MI reports and data for the sales team, our Brokers and Dealers.
This role is really important to us! The support you provide will enable us to make data driven decisions, manage risk and pro-actively manage, develop and improve our account relationships.
What will your day look like?
* Compiling risk and oversight audits to ensure that our dealer and broker partners continue to work within the guidelines given by MotoNovo Finance and the FCA
* Creating MI for your designated accounts on a daily, weekly and monthly basis – as well as supporting with any ad hoc requests
* Handling queries received from dealers and brokers, using regular telephone contact to build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts
* Monitoring and identifying trends in performance of existing Accounts, and implementing plans to improve results or embrace opportunities identified
* Promoting relevant products and suggesting enhancements where negative trends have been identified
